Payment Conditions:
The full balance to be paid to BRinK is EUR 990.-. can be paid at once, or in two/three steps. All payments are non-refundable, unless the project is cancelled by BRinK.
1) A EUR 190.-/ GBP 130.- deposit will be payable within 2 weeks once you are accepted on the project and guarantees your place as a BRinK research volunteer. In paying this deposit you are commiting yourself to the entire four-week period. Bear in mind that the project might be cancelled when there are not enough volunteers available - in this case your initial deposit of EUR 190.-/ GBP 130.- is refunded.
2) A second payment of EUR 400.-/ GBP 300.- (4-week project) will be payable at least 12 weeks prior to departure.
3) The outstanding balance of EUR 400.-/ GBP 400.- (4-week project) or EUR 500.-/ GBP 470.- (2-week project) will be payable at least 4 weeks prior to departure.

Travel Budget
Flights to Windhoek (WHK) Hosea Kutako International Airport are not included in the research project price and are to be organised by you. However we advise on this.
Return flights to Europe from EUR 800.-
(Lufthansa, Air Berlin, Air Namibia, SAA, BAA)
Since you will spend four weeks on the reserve where everything is provided for, your personal spending money will not be much. However, you may want to spend more time in Namibia before or after your project.
